Information you choose to send
When you contact us by email, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, company name, email address, website or product URL, target market and project context.
How it is used
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the service is a fit, prepare a scope, deliver agreed work and keep necessary business records. We do not use enquiry data to run automated cold-email campaigns.
Legal bases
Enquiries and requested scopes are handled to take steps before a possible contract. Agreed work is handled to perform that contract. Necessary records may be kept to meet legal obligations, and limited site-security processing may rely on legitimate interests.
Site data and cookies
This MVP does not include analytics, advertising trackers, client accounts or non-essential cookies. The hosting provider may process limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the site.
Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by service providers used for email and website hosting. It is not sold. It is shared with another party only when needed to provide the agreed service, meet a legal obligation or protect legitimate rights.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, delivery, business records and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for deletion when no overriding obligation requires retention.
