Information you choose to send

When you use our enquiry form, we receive your company or brand name, email address, page URL and any project context you choose to provide. If you email us directly, we receive the information and attachments you include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the form.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the service is a fit, prepare a scope, deliver agreed work and keep necessary business records. We do not use enquiry data to run automated cold-email campaigns.

Legal bases

Enquiries and requested scopes are handled to take steps before a possible contract. Agreed work is handled to perform that contract. Necessary records may be kept to meet legal obligations, and limited site-security processing may rely on legitimate interests.

Site data and cookies

This site does not include analytics, advertising trackers, client accounts or non-essential cookies. The form uses a temporary verification token and limited in-memory checks to discourage automated or repeated submissions. These checks expire automatically. The hosting provider may process technical logs, including network information, needed to operate and secure the site.

Sharing and processors

Vercel hosts the site and processes form submissions to transmit them to our OVHcloud / Zimbra mailbox. The site does not store enquiries in a separate customer database. Form content is not intentionally written to application logs. These providers may process data in locations determined by their service arrangements. Information is not sold and is shared only as needed to handle your request, provide agreed services or meet applicable obligations.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, delivery, business records and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for deletion when no overriding obligation requires retention.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, restrict or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL, or another competent supervisory authority.
